Customer Service Associate / Delivery Driver - Automotive Finishes

The Customer Service Associate / Delivery Driver for Automotive Finishes is responsible for preparing and delivering orders while providing excellent customer service. This role involves operating tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment as needed. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Automotive Branch #9205 located at 3161 W Montague Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29418.

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Load and unload products from deliveries
• Provide in-person and phone assistance to customers in determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
• Deliver products to the customer in a safe and timely manner
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Comply with inventory control procedures and assist with bi-annual inventory review

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

• Have at least a High School diploma or GED
• Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment
• Have at least one (1) year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales
