LOAD: Leaders Of Accurate Delivery LLC , an Amazon Delivery Service Provider, has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for Delivery Drivers. We partner with Amazon to deliver Amazon Packages in the Buford, GA delivery service area.We are looking for authentic, determined, problem solvers with a Leader-Mindset to join our team. The Delivery Associate will deliver packages to residential areas, retail locations, delivery hubs, and Amazon lockers. Our Drivers are safety conscious and understand the importance to delivery every package accurately. We offer full time and seasonal package delivery driver opportunities.Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!Approximate hours are 10:50 AM to 8:50 PM. Shifts are arranged as 10 hours per day. Four consecutive days on, then three days off.General Responsibilities

• Drive a delivery cargo van on highways and residential areas in order to deliver packages, abiding by all transportation laws and traffic standards
• Drivers organize their load independently and stack packages on their own vehicle
• Process deliveries with a company handheld electronic device
• Provides excellent customer service and displays a positive and professional attitude with customers and team members
• May assist in training other company drivers or assist with general tasks
• Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries and delivery center operations
• Maintains a safe driving record

Requirements

• Able to operate a delivery van with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of less than 10,001 pounds
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively use a GPS navigation system
• Use a hand-held electronic device to process and complete deliveries
• Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50lbs
• Ability to get in and out of a cargo van, walk up and down stairs, lift, kneel, bend, or carry packages for extended periods of time in various weather and climate conditions
• Delivery locations may require the delivery driver to make up to 250 stops per day
• Able to work a 40-hour work week; organized into four 10-hour workdays
• Adheres to assigned routes, schedules, safety protocols, and transportation laws
• Strong time management and individual organization standards
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management
• Must be open to weekend shifts

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21+ years of age
• Maintain a valid driver's license for the state of Georgia
• Successfully pass a pre-employee drug test
• High-school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.25/ Hour
• Special Attendance Bonus for Drivers who delivery on routes on any four days during Weeks 42 through week 52. This incentive adds an additional $1 increase to the hourly rate during this promotion period. Drivers can earn $19.25 per hours under this incentive.
