DescriptionMember of warehouse operations team. Delivers parts and finished goods to and from the various Cirrus facilities in a Cirrus truck. Follows a daily trucking schedule to ensure parts are delivered in a timely manner. Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and aircraft parts in an aircraft manufacturing environment. Reports to Cirrus Warehouse Supervisor.Job Duties:Driving delivery trucks to and from Cirrus facilities.Efficiently managing multiple requests.Unpacks, examines, counts and labels incoming material.Records receipts and reports discrepancies.Compares and matches paperwork such as packing slips and certifications with purchase orders.Transports goods and may utilize material handling equipment and vehicles.Performs receiving, put away, picking, packing and shipping of goods.Ensure proper product handling and storage to prevent abuse, misuse, damage or deterioration.Obtain, prepare aircraft parts for shipment to the Aftermarket customer baseObtain, prepare aircraft parts for delivery to the production floor, convey in a timely fashionMaintain an inventory control and management system, including work order closingSupport all facility regulatory and safety codesMaintain inventory accuracy and accessibilityDOT Certification required (able to acquire at time of hire)Education and/or Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Valid Driver’s license a must.Aviation related technical degrees preferred, not requiredWarehouse operations experience preferred, not requiredAbility to operate and utilize handheld inventory management scanner requiredAbility to operate computers with the Windows operating systemKnowledge on aircraft/parts is a plusDesired CharacteristicsExcellent customer service skills with a strong desire to help othersStrong organizational skills to efficiently and effectively achieve daily working objectivesProactive and a self-starterGood problem solving skillsTeam orientationHigh attention to detailGoal orientatedGood communication skillsThis opportunity is located in Duluth, Minnesota.
