Overview
Based in North America the role will be responsible for the provision of delivery excellence in one major Global account across multiple customers. This successful candidate will be able to develop and maintain strong customer relationships at a senior level as well as delivering excellent operational results. He\she will also need to ensure delivery teams meet or exceed all Service Level Agreements and develop and monitor performance objectives for all direct employees. Will need the understanding and ability to create financial forecasts and work with the finance group to ensure revenue and profit targets are met. Complete billing responsibilities in a timely manner and lead collective activities as necessary. They will also have a responsibility for growing revenue within the account(s).
Responsibilities
- Manage the Delivery relationship between Global Account and associated customers
- Manage the internal Delivery towers that deliver service to these customers
- Have total understanding of all client contracts to ensure that NSC is delivering as solutioned
- Grow Revenue within the account
- Run the day to day delivery operation of their accounts
- Act as the Delivery escalation point
- Manage and develop the delivery team(s)
- Work closely with Sales and Solutions teams as we solution new customers within the account
- Run QBR’s with all customers within their span of control
Qualifications
- College/University degree in IT or 5 - 7 years of equivalent working experiences
- Project Management & Service Management experience in previous role(s)
- Strong technical background in End User Computing, Networking & Infrastructure, CRM Management and Reporting
