- Provide high-quality care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for childbirth.
- Administer medications and assist in pain management during labor.
- Monitor and assess the progress of labor and the well-being of the mother and baby.
- Educate patients and families on the birthing process and postpartum care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures related to labor and delivery care.
