Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Seattle, WA

**Must-Have:**
- Experience in circulating and providing newborn care including eyes and Vitamin K injections, newborn assessments
- Experience with EPIC electronic fetal monitoring
**Job Description:**
- Work every other weekend and holidays as needed
- Floating required to Postpartum / Antepartum; may float to sister facilities handling Mom/Baby care
- Work with midwifery clients, private OBs, and Adult Recovery Services; support substance recovery and community care clinics
- Experience in high-risk/high-volume Labor and Delivery environments
- Handle all types of labor and delivery scenarios
- Function as the Baby Nurse during delivery and continue care of the newborn until transfer to postpartum
- Perform Heparin, Insulin, and Magnesium Sulfate administration
- Adhere to staffing guidelines following AWHONN standards
- All travelers should expect to float to another unit within their scope of practice if needed
- Complete non-billable modules pre-start and annually, with average 16 hours spent
**Note:** Minimum of two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting required.
