Our partner is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Non-Medical Transportation Driver with experience in providing safe and reliable transportation for members to and from adult day care centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, excellent driving skills, and the ability to assist clients with mobility needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients to and from adult day care centers, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle, as well as with any mobility devices or personal belongings.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing regular inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while providing transportation services.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and staff to ensure a positive transportation experience.
• Document transportation schedules, including pick-up and drop-off times, and any incidents or concerns.
• Provide support and companionship to clients during transportation, fostering a friendly and reassuring atmosphere.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a transportation driver, particularly with adult day care or similar services.
• Ability to assist clients with physical and mobility challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
