Our client, a manufacturing and production company, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator you will be part of the Shipping and Receiving Department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be an excellent team player which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Operator - Day Shift
Location: Durham, NC
Pay Range: $17 per hour
Schedule: 7AM-7PM (2ON/2OFF/3ON)
What’s the Job?
Operating sit down forklift and reach truck
Using pallet jack as needed
Moving materials around the warehouse
Loading and unloading material from inbound and outbound trailers
Other warehouse duties as needed
What’s Needed?
1+ year of forklift operating experience (must have experience with sit down forklift and reach truck )
Experience using pallet jacks
Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record
Flexibility to work 12 hour shifts and a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
A positive, can do attitude
