Driver Requirements for all positions:

• No current driving record suspension or revocation
• Complete a Pre-employment drug screening
• Provide an approved Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & Pass a Pre-employment background check
• No failed or refused drug or alcohol test(s) in the last 5 years, including DWI, DUI and BAC's
• Ability to provide 3 years of verifiable driving work history
• Have reliable personal transportation
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull at least 50 lbs.

• Ability to sit for long periods of time, stand, bend, kneel and/or climb.
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions

Driver Requirements For Class B Positions:

• Valid Class B driver's license
• Ability to safely drive a Manual Transmission vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs and a piggyback.
• At least 19 years of age
• Bilingual is a plus
• Forklift certification required
• Must be available to work Saturdays and a 6-day work week during busy seasons

Driver Responsibilities:

• Fully understand how to safely operate and drive your assigned vehicle to transport goods, etc. to intended destination(s).
• Perform pre and post trip equipment inspections daily.
• Checking quality of material(s) before loading into the truck, checking quantity and product accuracy against manifest before securing material(s) into vehicle for customer delivery.
• Adhere to company rules, regulations, operating standards and policies.
• Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive in according to the weather/road conditions.
• Be OSHA Safety complaint.
• Maintain a clean vehicle.
• Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered.
• Maintenance of appropriate paperwork; customer signatures, working hours, etc.
