Job Details

Graduation from accredited nursing program
BSN preferred
Must have two (2) or more years full-time staff RN experience in Labor & Delivery prior to any travel/contract positions
Experience in similar size/type medical center(s) (600 beds, Level 1 trauma center, etc.) highly preferred

Job Requirements

Current, unencumbered Hawaii RN license required to apply
ACLS, BLS/HCP, C-EFM and NRP (Advanced) required to apply
All licenses and certification must be current/valid through the duration of the entire assignment
OB travelers must be willing and able to float to Mother/Baby as needed or be 2nd RN in NBN/SCN based on operational needs
All compliance requirements must be completed and uploaded to Medefis portal 10 or more days in advance of contract start date
Failure to do so will delay start date (end date would remain the same) and shorten overall contract
All travelers are required to provide current vaccination for COVID and FLU based on CDC guidelines: Covid booster 2023 or later and current season (2024) flu vaccine

Schedule Information

This is a 48 hour/week contract.
Traveler will be expected to work four 12 hr shifts for the duration of the contract

Additional Details

Queen's is open to Hawaii residents, but they will not be offered traveler rates.
