Pay Range:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $15 - $16 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Your Responsibilities:
As a member of the FUCHS Smart Services (FSS) team, you will be part of a driven community focused on providing our customers with world-class solutions that help push our customers forward. The FUCHS Smart Services Technician in Greeneville, TN, is responsible for the care and maintenance of our client's industrial fluids including wash and waste fluids.
This position is for Second Shift - 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Monday to Friday Additional responsibilities include:
- Material handling, forklift operation, loading and dumping
- Following procedures and adhere to all customer and safety requirements.
- Participating in daily communication meetings with Supervisor and communicate effectively with the site leader and customer
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting OR production/ warehouse / machine shop environment is preferred
- Lift-truck experience a definite plus
- Stand for the majority of a shift for approximately 4-8 hours and walk several miles daily
- Lift a minimum of 50-lbs regularly several times during a normal shift.
- Bend/crouch/stoop and dip on a regular basis in order to obtain samples
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge/ability to navigate the internet & email
