Citizen or a Permanent Resident to be considered for any U.QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience driving truck in an Ag-related environment is a plus- Class A CDL certifications strongly preferred or ability to obtain are a plus- Clean driving record needed, and ability to take care of and maintain equipment- Open to training, schooling and/or scholarship if you have some experience running manual transmission and willing to learn- Ability to pass random drug test to keep your CDL current/active per state of NY- Willing to work long hours during busy season with overtime JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a New York Ag Business group in searching for a silage and manure Truck Driver. Employer is looking for individuals who will work hard, put in the hours needed during busy silage harvest & manure application seasons and grow with their organization. Home most every night, paid by the hour, Overtime during peak season. good equipment, guaranteed 40 hours during off season working in shop on equipment maintenance/projects. Will consider young people wanting to obtain CDL and work with accredited driving school setting up scholarship to obtain your CDL permit if needed.
