About the Job:

We are currently looking to hire a Transportation Systems Analyst ! The Transportation Systems Analyst is responsible for managing flow of information between HOD’s TMS & ERP as well as developing the relationship with HOD’s TMS management team. This position will interface with external teams (TMS management, warehouse operations, and carrier partners), as well as internal HOD teams (procurement, deployment, customer experience, plants and warehouses).

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO. t

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure all shipment information flows between ERP & TMS, work with IT to escalate failures and create more robust integrations.
• Manage TMS relationship during service agreement.
• Contribute to development of TMS SOPs.
• Responsible for TMS management performance KPIs (OTIF, spend, etc.).
• Effectively evaluate lane needs for additional capacity and work with HOD transportation team to cover with current/new carrier partners.
• Active in building positive carrier relationships & performance reviews.
• Be a liaison for transportation to the rest of the supply chain. Improve supply chain performance through effective cross functional communication.

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience.

About You:

Professional Experience/Education needed:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years’ experience in Transportation / Supply Chain functions

Competencies and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in Excel, Order Fulfillment & Management, Transportation, Pricing Structure and the Credit and Returns process required
• Demonstrated experience or relevant knowledge in the following areas: TMS, Large Enterprise ERP, Forecasting, Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing Management preferred
• Understanding of DOT rules and regulations
• Ability to develop work instructions, training material and presentations
• Must be able to work well in a self-managed team environment. This includes cooperatively scheduling work, vacation, hours and team task assignments
• Ability to apply a logical, creative and comprehensive approach to problem solving
• Capacity to interact with various levels of the business and customers to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
