Your Opportunity- Part-Time
We are seeking a Driver whose primary responsibility is to plan, organize and work with the Transportation Coordinator to provide the daily transportation service for the Residents of Fleet Landing and for the business needs of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follows all established safety procedures and precautions. Reports all unsafe/ hazardous conditions, and/ or defective equipment to Manager. Reports all incidents/accidents, no matter how minor, to Manager.
• Provides transportation services to Fleet Landing Residents, conforming to approved policies.
• Keeps company vehicles clean and oversees that they are in good running condition and that preventative maintenance is performed as scheduled.
• Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent Resident information.
• Must be able to work independently without supervision
• Must have technology knowledge to operate a Windows laptop and navigate through various streaming services
• Ability to clean vehicles between shifts
• Ability to set up rooms according to BEOs, including removing the dance floor on occasion
• Ability to monitor Windward Commons, including straightening furniture, replacing locker room towels, etc.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
CDL Class C with P endorsement preferred. CDL Class B with P endorsement and air-brakes preferred. One (1) year minimum preferred.
Employment Variables:
Hours of this position are Saturdays 10:45am-8:30pm(or up to 9PM) and Sundays 8:15am-3:00/3:15pm.
