Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Portland, OR

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a high acuity labor unit
**License:** Must have an active RN license
**Certifications:** Experience with EPIC charting system required
**Must-Have:**
- Flexibility to float between units and potentially nearby hospitals
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Availability for on-call shifts as required
- Willingness to work three out of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a labor and delivery unit
- Float as needed to high acuity antepartum and postpartum units
- Maintain an expected staff-to-patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:3 couplets
- Attend 40 hours of non-billable orientation
- Adhere to the hospital's scrub color policy: any color for general duties, provided scrubs for OR/L&D
- Ensure all work complies with hospital guidelines and regulations
- Effectively use communication devices provided by the hospital when required
