Morning Cruise:

  • Start with a Check-In: Kick off your day by checking in with your team. Quick updates on driver schedules, deliveries, and any challenges set the tone for a smooth start.
  • Route Optimization: Dive into the details of upcoming deliveries. Collaborate with drivers to optimize routes, ensuring efficiency without compromising safety.
  • Driver Support: Throughout the day, offer continuous support to drivers, address any questions, assist, and keep morale high. A happy team is a productive team.
  • Performance Check: Review driver performance metrics and milestones. Acknowledge achievements and identify areas for improvement, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.


Afternoon Acceleration:
