Technical Delivery Manager

Description

We're looking for a Technical Delivery Manager , working in Media and Entertainment industry in 1515 Broadway 14th Floor, New York, New York, United States .

Responsibilities:

1. Work with Product Owners to maintain a balanced backlog and sprints.
2. Ensure all user stories and epics are aligned in JIRA and groomed by the Product Owner and Technical Architect.
3. Keep Product & Engineering informed about blockers, bug status, and releases.
4. Facilitate sprint rituals with all teams involved in delivery globally.
5. Unblock development teams regularly by involving the right people.
6. Plan for QA, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and production releases by sharing game plans.
7. Collaborate across different app teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution.
8. Present program and project-level status updates for different partners, including Scrum reports.
9. Provide release notes as items move to production for team awareness.
10. Identify and plan upskilling requirements for the project/program team while managing risks related to technical delivery.
11. Plan for the maintenance and updating of multiple environments, including Dev, QA, Stage, and Production.
12. Orchestrate the onboarding of new teammates in various positions (e.g., Dev, Team Lead, QA, and Architects).
13. Develop a high-level strategy for the Engineering group based on current capacity and various initiatives in progress.
14. Coordinate with other teams across the business and various technology owners of different platforms.
15. Collaborate with vendors to ensure their resources meet development and QA deliverables across multiple workstreams, platforms, and roadmaps.
