**Shift:** 12 hours, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years in Labor and Delivery; 5+ years of recent experience preferred
**License:** Registered Nurse License
**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- ACLS
**Must-Have:**
- Recent experience and certifications as listed above
**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in Labor and Delivery.
- Assess and monitor patients in labor, ensuring the well-being of both the mother and newborn.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and manage labor induction and augmentation.
- Perform advanced neonatal resuscitation as needed.
- Support and educate families on postpartum care and newborn care practices.
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical interventions promptly.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated with latest practices in maternal and child health.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Experience in high-risk labor and delivery.
