You Are:

An airline technology guru with broad experience delivering across the value chain from commercial, operations, and back office airline systems. Able to lead technology project delivery teams and be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for proposal conversations while developing deep relationships with clients.

The Work:

1. Solution and deliver airline technology projects that transform clients’ business functions.
2. Lead teams to design, build, test, and deploy prototype and production solutions.
3. Work with project teams, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
4. Analyze technical and functional integration requirements.
5. Contribute to all tech services – SI, AMS, IMS.
6. Serve as an airline technology SME and collaborate with airline account teams.
7. Craft key proposal messages and points of view to grow Accenture’s airline tech business.

Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need:

1. A minimum of 15 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration.
2. Experience implementing IT projects at least three airlines globally, with at least two in the US.
3. A minimum of 6 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified.
4. A minimum of 10 years of experience managing offshore resources.
5. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, with 6 years of work experience).

Bonus Points If:

1. Experience with airline refund solutions.
2. Experience in leading sales proposals.
