Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Lead to oversee and coordinate the delivery operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely delivery of occupational health services to our clients, managing complex accounts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of occupational health services.
  • Coordinate with drivers, logistics teams, and healthcare providers to optimize delivery routes and service delivery.
  • Monitor delivery progress and address any issues or challenges that arise during the service process.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, healthcare standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to prioritize deliveries based on customer needs and service agreements.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of FOH's mission, vision, and customer service philosophy.
  • Understand and manage the breadth and range of occupational health services offered by FOH.
  • Conduct customer site visits, teleconference meetings, and document interactions in the FOH customer management system.
  • Identify appropriate occupational health services based on accurate assessments of customer needs.
  • Develop accurate Work Orders, ensuring they are published and distributed to relevant service delivery units.
  • Manage the operational needs of complex accounts and customers that require a high degree of interaction.
  • Oversee the monthly charge QA for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers, Program Managers, and Operations staff to develop, implement, and problem-solve projects and programs related to Clinical Operations for customers.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address delivery challenges.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
  • Experience in quantum engineering is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business or Health Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience actively working in an Occupational Health Center or a related field such as public health, community health, exercise physiology, or health promotion.
  • Experience in managing multiple facilities is desirable.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills demonstrated through experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and basic computer and website use.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Compensation - Min: $80,000 | Max: $100,000

This position is in the proposal stage, we are waiting to be awarded the project.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
