Responsibilities
Position Summary: This territory covers: Arizona, Southern California, New Mexico, and El Paso, TX (Extensive travel required).
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Consistently drives the sales number in Closed System Transfer Devices.
- Maintains and grows the current sales of OnGuard and assigned Closed System Transfer Devices to meet corporate growth objectives.
- Calls on Pharmacists, Hospital Administrators, Materials Managers, Nurses, and other decision-makers in the sales process.
- Motivates and coaches selling efforts of B. Braun sales representatives regarding positioning B. Braun Closed System Transfer Devices.
- Works with varying Hospital Care sales specialties to qualify new leads and advance the sales process.
- The job function listed is not exhaustive and includes any responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
- Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals.
- Judgment is required in resolving day-to-day problems.
- Frequent business travel required; Valid driver's license and passport.
- Proven track record of success in sales spanning multiple states is necessary.
- Successful candidates should anticipate being on the road overnight 50-75% of the time.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-6 years related experience required.
- Frequent overnight business travel (domestic).
- Valid driver's license and current automobile registration and insurance.
