The Sr. Manager, AI Delivery plays a critical role in bridging the technical expertise of data engineers and data scientists with the operational expertise of the business function they represent. In their role as translators, they help ensure that the deep insights generated through sophisticated analytics translate into impact at scale in an organization. This role works with the business stakeholders to identify, prioritize and scope AI use cases and translates these requirements into a Data Science and Data Engineering project plan and drives execution of work. This role is also responsible for driving business adoption through training and enablement sessions which communicate the advanced analytics in business terms a non-technical audience can understand.

Your Impact
  • Work with senior management and key business stakeholders within their function in identifying and prioritizing actionable, impactful analytics use cases across a variety of core business fronts to drive informed decision-making across the business.
  • Lead AI project management. Keep focus on business problems over the model.
  • Lead ideation and scoping sessions to identify opportunities, define the hypothesis to be answered with analytics and break work down into lean deliverables using an agile methodology. Ensure real business problems are understood and addressed.
  • Develop communication plans for results. Ensure data and analytics output is understood and adopted by end users using storytelling and other communication methods.
  • Lead change management with business for insight implementation.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Uses advanced analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, etc.) to carry out statistical and machine learning analysis
  • Ability to use big data computing frameworks for processing of large data volumes (AWS Glue, EMR, and Sagemaker)
  • Familiar with cloud technologies for model development and deployment
