**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive care in Labor and Delivery settings.
- Manage care for patients in Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery units.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for mother and baby.
- Utilize critical thinking and evidence-based practice in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure thorough and accurate documentation in patient records.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with current practices.
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
