Job Description
Position: Account Delivery Lead - Healthcare (AVP Level)
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead ourProfessional Services team and oversee the implementation of core and ancillary administrative platforms forHealthcare Payer clients. This role is responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver large-scale healthcare projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
- Serve as the primary interface between clients and internal teams, managing relationships and proactively resolving issues.
- Create and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and status reporting.
- Ensure delivery meets contractual SLAs and mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to secure resources and meet client needs.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in managing healthcare projects, specifically in thepayer segment .
- Strong understanding ofplatform implementation and project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with executive-level client management.
- Excellent communication, budgeting, and organizational skills.
- PMI certification preferred; travel may be required.
