The Core Technologies team is responsible for common services that are needed across multiple domains in order to 'stitch' together capabilities and create efficiencies for Business Services Delivery. We seek a VP of Core Technologies to lead this organization through end-to-end development, accountability, and testing. This VP will be the central authority around operations and operational excellence.

1. Data Management
2. BSD Security Center of Excellence
3. BSD Privacy Center of Excellence
4. BSD Testing Center of Excellence
5. Common Infrastructure Platforms and Operations
6. Tier 1 Incident Management
7. Identity / Access Management
8. Billing Domain Ownership

Professional Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience leading technical product management, technical project management, and portfolio management
• A deep understanding of the software development experience, processes, agile practices, developer tools, and technologies
• Strong communication and collaborative skills; able to build trusting relationships with key partners in CXT and business partners
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence
• Experience leading large technology teams; passionate about creating high performing teams
• A product vs project mindset; thinks in terms of creating enjoyable experiences for employees
• Delivery management skills across large business portfolio
• A natural change agent; combines emotional intelligence with interpersonal skills to establish trust and lead change
• Values relationships to optimize change management and develop new organizational models
• Is motivated by achievement in the face of obstacles and always aims to make the company better
• Displays decisiveness with strong executive verbal and written communication

Education:

Master's Degree preferred; however, we may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
