Position: Delivery Lead (Java OR Any technology based & Telecommunications Background)
Location: Remote (Looking for the local to TX OR Miami, FL locations only since there are some meetings occasionally)
Note: It is a Technical Delivery Lead Role not a PM or Technical Lead Role
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Web Delivery Lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a comprehensive understanding of digital technology, and expertise in mobile architecture. This role requires overseeing the successful delivery of web-based projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological strategies.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Lead the delivery of digital web and mobile projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor a team of developers, designers, and project managers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Manage expectations and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Quality Assurance and Optimization:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of web and mobile applications.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of existing digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (14-20 years) working as a Delivery Lead in leading Java or any technology-based projects with a focus on Telecommunications background.
- At least 8-10 years telecommunication background (in latest projects only).
- Strong understanding of web technologies, front-end/back-end development, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $166,452.73 - $180,029.09 per year
