Our Delivery Drivers start at: $30.28/hour. Increased to $35.64/hour once training is completed and you are delivering on your own; completion of "full" routes on your own over a sustained period.

1st- year drivers earn between $85K - 120K. Top earners can make up to $135K!

Driver Schedule

Monday through Saturday - We provide flexible work options from 5-day, 4-day, or 3-day workweeks to suit your schedule and provide the work-life balance that you deserve.

Drivers dispatch between 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM, depending on route and schedule, until completion.

Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday. Saturday delivery routes may be assigned as part of your schedule.

Main Ingredients of the Job

  • Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times

  • Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas

  • Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures

  • Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable

  • Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience

  • Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required

  • Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required

What You Bring to the Table

  • Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications

  • Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required

  • Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries,  and to enter information on reports and records.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.  The expected base rate for this role is between $30.28 and $35.64 per hour.  As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation and a retention bonus.  Benefits for this role may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.  To review available benefits, please click here: .
