The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Principal Purpose of Position: To work as a truck driver, delivering new and collecting used auto parts as needed.
Education and/or Training:
Verifiable 2-year driving experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) not necessary but helpful
Technology hardware and based software systems (PC, laptop, tablet, smart phone)
Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $19.02 - $25.68 USD per hour.

Principal Purpose of Position: To work as a truck driver, delivering new and collecting used auto parts as needed.
- Must be able to be certified medically by a certified DOT medical examiner in regards to fitness
- Must be willing to comply with the Drug and Alcohol Testing requirements of 49 CFR Part 40
- Operate vehicle in compliance with all state and federal safety and administrative requirements
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
- Load, secure, and deliver automobile parts (engines, transmissions, small parts, etc.) to customers
- Drive to customer locations and off load and reload truck. Loading is performed with a pallet jack or hand truck.
- Unload vehicle and stack returned product in a manner to facilitate warehouse efficiency.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. without assistance and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Must be able to drive vehicles 7000-26000 GVW.
- Use Scanner/print pad to Scan/log returned goods; track delivery of goods and returns
- Check-in finished goods before loading vehicle
- Work within weather related extremes
- Perform daily DOT safety check/inspection on vehicle and report deficiencies to supervisor
- Must be willing to have overnight stays if required by route
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Training:

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:
- Ability to monitor, identify and communicate challenges with workload
- Problem solving and decision-making are key.
- Identify risks with regards to OSHA and Hazmat compliance and safety related vehicle issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills- able to communicate with customers and relay customer information to internal stakeholders (sales, management, etc.)
- Customer service focused attitude.
