What your day will look like:
As a South Line Bustang driver, your day kicks off at the Tejon/Nevada Park & Ride in Colorado Springs. Your route takes you north on I-25 to Denver Union Station, where you drop off passengers. Enjoy a 100% paid layover at our beautiful Golden Facility before picking up passengers at Denver Union Station. Heading south on I-25, you'll return to Colorado Springs, concluding the route.

The Bustang South Line operates six routes Monday through Friday, with two additional routes on weekends. Drivers typically follow a schedule of 5 consecutive workdays with 2 days off, including rotating weekend route coverage. Regardless of the route, all drivers are guaranteed a minimum of 8 hours of compensation.

Driver Qualifications:

Be at least 25 years of age and speak/read/write in English.
Possess a Current Commercial Driver’s License, Class “A” or “B”, with “P” Endorsement, as well as an “Airbrake” endorsement.
Possess a Current DOT medical card.
MVR meets the standards per company and insurance requirements.
No more than five points in the last two (2) years and no more than ten (10) points total in the past seven (7) years; or
No combination of two DU ls, OWIs or Reckless Driving in the past seven (7)years of driving history.
No egregious violation(s) in the past seven (7) years (i.e. vehicular homicide)
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and Human Performance Evaluation (agility/ Lift testing)
Successfully pass a pre-employment road test.
Successfully pass a 7- year criminal background check.
Be able to operate a Motor Coach in interstate commerce, in a safe and responsible manner in compliance with Federal, state, and local jurisdiction, and as required by company policy

Salary:
Starting pay range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Pay Range: $25.00 - $31.50 per hour
Note: Driver wages are exempt from federal overtime pay pursuant to the authority under Section 13(b)(1) of the FLSA, Section 204 of the Motor Carrier Act of 1935
