**Job Description:**
- Provide quality care to patients in the labor and delivery department
- Monitor and assess the mother and fetus during labor
- Assist during childbirth and provide postpartum care
- Evaluate patient progress and adapt care accordingly
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families
- Stay updated with current practices in labor and delivery nursing
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
