Driver Positions Overview
- 2 Years CDL-A Experience in Past 5 Required
- At this time, MAST cannot accommodate SAP Drivers
QUALIFICATIONS
- 21 or older and Valid Class A CDL
- 2 years tractor-trailer driving experience in last 5 years
- No DUI or DWI Violations in the last 5 years
- No more than 1 moving violation or preventable accident in the previous year
- No more than 2 instances of moving violations or preventable accident in 3 years
- Pass pre-employment hair follicle and DOT urine drug screen
- Pass a DOT physical, or have current physical with at least 90 days left before it expires
Massillon Terminal Hiring Radius
- For drivers that our based out of our Massillon terminal (truck parked at Massillon)
- Must live within about 2 hours (120 mile radius of Massillon)

Schedule Options:
? A. Regional (Home Weekly)
- You'll get home once per week for 34 hours
- You'll be out during the week get home to a Mast terminal on Friday OR Saturday each week(will vary week to week)
- You'll be home for a minimum of 34 hours.
- You're guaranteed off two 1:00 AM - 5:00 AM periods back-to-back
- Generally, if you get home Friday, you'll leave out Sunday AM and if you get homeSaturday, you'll leave out Monday AM
- Note: At most, your work week could be from Sunday-Saturday
- You will have your own assigned truck (Newer Kenworths or Freightliners)

COMPENSATION (All Schedules)
- Mileage Rate - $.60-$.65 CPM
- Stop Pay: $20/stop after your first stop
- Delivery Detention: $15/hr after 2 hours
- Performance-based raises and bonuses, up $300 every 4 weeks (or $75/wk)
