License: Valid RN license (NM or Compact required at time of submission)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN
Must-Have: Ability to float to like units as needed
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit.
- Adhere to all guidelines and protocols during night shifts.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
- Complete necessary modules onsite during orientation.
- Be prepared to float to similar units within scope based on facility needs.
- Willingness to complete a brief orientation on the unit.
