What does our Power Delivery (PD) Group do?
ENERCON's Power Delivery (PD) group provides comprehensive engineering and technical services to support power generation, transmission, and distribution systems. Our expertise encompasses a wide range of activities, including design, analysis, and inspection of power infrastructure. We work with utilities, independent power producers, and industrial clients to ensure electrical systems' reliability, efficiency, and safety.

What will be expected of our new graduates?
You will be expected to actively engage in various tasks and responsibilities crucial to the success of our projects. You will be tasked with learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects, being organized and efficient, having a positive attitude towards learning and feedback, collaborating with senior engineers for field data collection, and adapting to new software systems.

What are skills that would be helpful to your success as a new graduate?

• Graduated or graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Available to start between Dec 2024 and Feb 2025.
• Dec 2024 graduates preferred.
• Preferred courses completed: Power Systems Engineering, Power Electronics, Power Systems Analysis & Control, Electric Power Quality.
• A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.

Interview and Employment Requirements:

• Completion of pre-interview assessments.
• College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
• Must be US Citizen.

The salary range for this full-time position is $71,000.00- $85,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by a combination of role, level, experience, and location.
