- Patient Experience requirements: Nurse leader rounding is performed daily to ensure our patients are receiving great care. Utilize bedside shift report, communication boards, and rounding.

- Must have: BLS, NRP, ACLS, and IFMC
- Advanced skills needed: OR Circulating, labor positioning/Spinning babies experience, managing OB emergencies
- Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Job Requirements
- Scheduling requirements: 3 days/nights (all twelve-hour shifts)
- Floating policy: float within Women’s units as needed

- Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds: 20 LDRP, 2 operating rooms
- Type of staff: Day Shift - (example staffing removed), Night Shift - (redacted)
- Patient Ratios: 1-2:1 labor, 3-4:1 postpartum
- Unit staffing description: RN, CST nights, ACT
- Type of equipment: GE fetal monitor, Monica Novii, alaris pumps
- Procedures performed on units: vaginal deliveries, cesarean section, NSTs, circumcisions
- Dress Code: Burgundy/maroon scrubs
