Qualifications:
Driver Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid CA Driver License and be willing and able to obtain a CDL license with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
- Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Must be responsible for operating large passenger buses, maintaining scheduled routes, ensuring passenger safety during transit, and handling emergency situations.
- Must be able to assist passengers with securing mobility devices.
- Must be able to safely and professionally manage conflict and/or difficult situations involving passengers.
- Must be able to accept and accurately record passenger fares including cash, tickets, and passes.
- Must maintain a valid Drivers License and all other required credentials, certifications, and qualifications.
