What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage all aspects of project management, including scope definition, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management
2. Develop clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines to achieve project goals
3. Interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
4. Implement action plans to correct variances and respond to client and project team needs
5. Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete project reports

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 8-10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in healthcare projects
2. Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, or related field
3. Strong project management experience with a proven track record in construction projects
4. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)

1. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
2. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
3. Experience managing indirect teams at all levels of the organization
4. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and change management
