Experience Required:

  1. 5+ years of Healthcare experience in any of the following – Billing, Enrollment and Claims
  2. Must have L2 Production Support experience
  3. 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following – Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management and Change & Release Management.
  4. Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal and written skills to communicate complex ideas.
  5. Strong knowledge of data languages such as .Net, C# and PLSQL
  6. Ability to work independently, within a team environment and communicate effectively with employees at all levels
  7. Knowledge and experience of Medicare & Medicaid state level reporting levels
  8. Strong understanding of healthcare data formats, standards, and ability to map them to CMS and state level reporting needs
  9. Good understanding on the lifecycle of claims adjudication
  10. Possess good exposure on the various claim functionalities such as Edits, COBs, claims adjustments, Episodes etc.

Responsibilities:

  1. End to End Project Delivery
  2. Manage SLA
  3. Coordinate and Manage customer requirements
  4. Manage with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
  5. Help team technically if required.
  6. Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer
  7. To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conduct Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
  8. To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
  9. To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussions and review technical documents.
