Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Everett Delivery Center BPS/Lean Analyst (Level 2) to support the Everett Delivery Center (EDC) team in Everett, Washington .
EDC is seeking candidates who thrive in an exciting and dynamic environment in support of Everett Customer Deliveries. This is a unique opportunity to interface with all BCA airplane programs while providing vital support to the daily operations of the Pre-Flight & Delivery (PF&D) Operations and Support teams.
Position Responsibilities:

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
• Analyzes and interprets data.
• Provides feedback on assessment results.
• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
• Acts as a project manager.
• Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of experience communicating effectively at multiple levels (employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership).
• 1+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• 1+ years using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• 1+ years in Data Analysis.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years working in a production environment.
• 1+ years of experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model.
• Basic understanding of the One Boeing Production System (BPS) standards.
• Experience with project management and self- managing projects.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.)
