Title and Summary
Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, Compensation Delivery
Overview:The Total Rewards Team delivers world class programs that position our company as an employer of choice. Our global team designs and delivers consumer focused compensation, benefits and mobility programs for our employees, and leads all human resources M&A activities.
This position will be responsible for executing the administration of our broad-based compensation programs, including base pay, annual incentive plans, and sales compensation.
Role:• Lead the execution of annual compensation reviews, global salary market data submission and data procurement, job benchmarking, salary structure adjustments, year-end reviews, and other major compensation activities
• Serve as an SME on broad-based compensation related matters by staying informed on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements
• Drive operational excellence by creating and maintaining documented processes, measuring the service levels provided to employees and managers, and implementing continuous improvement efforts as appropriate by streamlining processes and implementing efficiency enhancements
• Manage relationships with external vendors, support with contract negotiation and execution, and oversee service delivery
• Collaborates with multiple internal and external groups to identify potential operational efficiencies and ensure seamless and consistent delivery of compensation services to managers and employees
• Interface with Global Business Services Center (GBSC) as necessary to ensure inquiries and escalations from managers and employees are addressed
• Liaise with payroll team and finance to ensure smooth execution of compensation programs/processes
All About You:• Experienced in broad-based compensation with a focus on running company merit/bonus cycles, submitting market data, and developing salary rangeso Experience with Peoplefluent and/or PayFactors a pluso CCP or other relevant certifications a plus
• Advanced technical expertise in Excel, Power Query/BI, and other data analysis functions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Track record of working cross-functionally and collaboratively at all levels, including working remotely with cross-functional teams and able to guide decision making.
Key Competencies:• Agile and high degree of initiative, effectively handles multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, ability to juggle competing priorities during heavy compensation cycles/processes.
• Able to quickly establish trust and credibility across various working teams in COEs, Total Rewards, and Shared Services
• Strong excel, analytical, and modeling skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
