Job Description: Warehouse and Delivery Assistant
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and punctual employee to assist with a range of warehouse and delivery tasks under supervision. The role involves supporting daily activities related to the receiving, handling, and distribution of supplies, materials, and equipment. Basic construction material knowledge is helpful but not required. Organizational skills are important.
Requirements:

• Valid Georgia Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of technology.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing construction supplies and materials.
• Help process delivery receipts and ensure materials are properly stored.
• Support the preparation and packing of materials for delivery.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Pick up and deliver materials to job sites as needed.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Assist with inventory management and periodic stock counts.
• Keep records of materials and deliveries.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment

Additional Duties:

• Assist with general warehouse maintenance, including trash removal.
• Help with routine checks on delivery vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and deliveries.

WORKING CONDITIONS: This role includes working in indoor and outdoor environments, primarily in the warehouse and during deliveries. Some work with machinery and tools may be required.
Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour
