Overview
Our client, myPlace Health, is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead projects and implement key facets of the care model. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving high-risk seniors and frail older adults, and prior experience in value-based care clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects to design and implement key facets of the care model
- Evaluate and implement clinical operations vendors
- Bring a flexible, 'roll up the sleeves' attitude to help build whatever is most needed
- Proactively identify key problems/risks and recommend solutions
- Communicate effectively to internal audiences
Schedule and Shift Details
- Hybrid on-site/remote, with ability to travel up to 3 days/week based on business need
Travel
- Occasional travel required
