Driver Helper

Driver Helper is integral to our comparative advantage in delivering to our customers. In this role you will be assisting our Delivery Driver to place our outdoor furniture in customers' homes. We are seeking individuals that want to contribute to our company success but also want to see happy the Joy when customers get their new items placed!
Day in the life of a Driver Helper:

• Start time 6 a.m., Tuesday through Saturday, Full time + Overtime.
  • Please note the end of the shift is not a set time. The distance of the route, traffic weather conditions impact the shift end time.
  • Our Distribution Center is located at 6303 126th Ave N
• Operate tablet to assist driver with delivery tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck/trailer
• Riding in a climate-controlled delivery vehicle
• Observe and learn from the driver as we promote Driver Helpers to Drivers

Pay & Benefits:
Annual income includes base pay rate of $12/hr plus generous overtime hours during peak delivery months.

What we need from you:

• No experience necessary - we will train!
• Valid Driver's License (REQUIRED)
• Able to lift 20lbs frequently, 50lbs occasionally, and over 50lbs in a team lift.
• Able to sit for periods of time.
• Reliable and on time
