Mileage & Pay
- Average 2,000-2,200 miles/week
- 100% no-touch freight (50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload)
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hr after 2 hours
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
- Performance Bonus: Up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.
Equipment & Support
- Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths
- 24/7 operations support, no matter the time of day
Vacation Time
- 1 year = 1 week
- 3 years = 2 weeks
- 7 years = 3 weeks
- 15 years = 4 weeks
Bonus Details
- Sign-On Bonus : $500 after your first load + $500 after 30 days
- Performance Bonus : Earn up to 3 CPM based on your performance
