- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
- NIH Stroke Certification
- Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
- Color Blind Testing Online
- Competency Exam
- HIPAA Competency
- Job Details
- 13 weeks contract length
- Auto Offer
- Valid AZ RN license required
- ACLS, BLS, NRP required
- AWHONN Advanced OR AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 2 years required (Please let us know if candidate is willing to obtain it)
- Minimum 2 years RN L&D experience required
- Float required based on census
- Coverage every other weekend
- EPIC system experience preferred
- Patient Ratio 1:2
- Job Requirements
- Valid AZ RN license
