Position pays based on experience, $22.00-$27.00/ Hour
An Opportunity to join a leading distributor of steel products and contractor supplies in the broader Washington, D.C metropolitan area. The main responsibility of this position is delivery to our surrounding area customers and to pick and pack orders and in an accurate and efficient manner, with safety being a priority.
Duties and Responsibilities -

• Always focus on safety - safety training and direction must be adhered to - report any existing or potential safety concerns to management.
• Stock the truck/configure the most efficient manner with assistance of other warehouse staff daily.
• Strictly adhere to all DOT regulations regarding work hours using the company issued electronic logging device.
• Provide accurate and dependable delivery of allocated orders on an as needed basis as directed by management.
• Complete cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.
• Report directly to the Warehouse Manager, Assistant Managers and Supervisors in accordance with other team members
• Perform additional warehouse duties that may arise and assigned by management

Skills and Requirements -

• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills, always representing Posner in a professional and positive manner.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. Repetitively.
• Valid driver's license and a clear driving record as defined in the Posner employee handbook.
• 1 year of driver experience
• High school diploma / GED equivalent
