What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Delivery to lead our delivery and implementation teams. As a leader of the Solutions group, you will manage a team of top professionals that drives next-generation conversational AI experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our conversational AI solutions, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. You will manage Hyro’s deployments, connecting the dots between the technical solution and business value for all our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of implementation specialists and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the delivery team.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Hyro’s solutions.
- Work closely with the R&D department to keep improving our state-of-the-art solutions.
- Drive the development and maintenance of delivery standards, best practices, and guidelines.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Immerse yourself in Conversational AI and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technologies and innovations, and work closely with the R&D department to keep improving our state-of-the-art solution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of leadership or managerial experience, showcasing the ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
- 5+ years of experience in delivery, implementation, or a related role, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the product and software development lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap, and release.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $200,000 – $230,000 annually exempt. The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than NY may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
