Job Description:
- Participate in labor and delivery processes, providing support and care for patients.
- Follow expected ratios of 1:1 labor and 1:3 postpartum.
- Work every other weekend, with flexibility to work 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
- Adhere to facility policies, providing comprehensive care in line with best practices.
- Complete orientation of 40 hours and modules (average 16 hours pre-start).
- Comfortable working in various units if needed, without the need to float between units.
- Support provided for on-site communication needs if devices aren't supplied.
- Flu vaccine requirements potentially applicable.
- Ensure commitment to contracted schedule to avoid possible termination.
