The enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO) is accountable for intake, execution, and managing the oversight of strategic programs and projects approved and budgeted by L.A. Care (LAC) Leadership and the Board of Governors. The Portfolio Delivery team is responsible for ensuring the timely execution of programs and projects on the enterprise portfolio.

Duties

1. Sets priorities related to assigned program enterprise portfolio projects and associated project timelines.
2. Drives successful portfolio outcomes in support of strategic business initiatives.
3. Accountable for managing program schedule, cost/budget, resources, quality, scope, and business benefit.
4. Responsible for holding project work teams accountable for on-time delivery of assigned scope.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.

Experience

Required:
At least 6-8 years of relevant Program Management, Health Care Administration, Research OR Clinical field work experience.

Preferred:
At least 4 years of experience in Program Management within a Managed Care Organization.

Skills

Required:
Demonstrated success managing programs with multiple, large scale, diverse and complex projects.
