We're hiring drivers for seasonal positions with the opportunity to go full-time after peak season.Shifts are available in 10 hour blocks from 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM.Address: 875 W 64th Ave, Denver, COWhat does a Delivery Associate do?Drives a company delivery van to drop off packages to customers within their community. 4-day work week, one weekend shift required each week Follows strict safety standards on and off the road Interacts with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner Uses handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles.What are the candidate requirements?Must be 21 years or older Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record Willingness to submit a pre-employment background check Willingness to submit a pre-employment drug test Proficient in English sufficient to meet US DOT standard of ability to read road signs and communicate with regulatory personnelWhat are the requirements for the job role?Able to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts Ability to operate and navigate a delivery van Ability to effectively operate GPS and smartphone technology Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 50 lbs each Capable of standing, walking, climbing stairs throughout shiftPreferred candidate qualifications:Proven track record of reliability Prior experience representing a well-regarded consumer brand with professionalism Excellent attention to detail with skill set to problem solve independently Demonstrate strong communication skills Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced ever changing environmentCompensation & Benefits:Staring pay is $23.50/hour with opportunities for overtime at $35.25/hour Eligible to receive performance-based pay raises after 90 days of employment - up to $25.00/hour 2 days of paid training and a ride along with a veteran driver after training
