Job Description:
This job is responsible for handling medium to large projects for a Line of Business that may be regional or national in scope. Key responsibilities include recommending policy and procedural changes and developing measurement criteria and project plans such as cost and resource estimates. Job expectations include working with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies to implement change and improvements brought about by the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes current state processes, existing operations, procedures, and workflows and discovers pain points to develop approaches for potential solutions, including building a business case for improvement recommendations and driving the execution of implementation.
  • Coordinates with the business to support defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and their statuses, and measuring progress against ongoing success measures.
  • Supports partnerships with operations management to create project impact and provide direction and guidance to internal teams.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders to communicate updates and escalate issues.
  • Performs risk management activities to minimize project risks.
  • Assists with creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Leverages business knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and supports change execution.

Line of Business Job Description:

This role is required to support the onboarding, communications, training, education, and readiness aspects of Change Management and Project Delivery team members to ensure preparedness for enterprise change, and technology and non-technology initiatives. This is a critical role that will provide oversight and leadership to ensure continued deliverables are met in a timely manner, while balancing risk with user experience, which impacts the overall success of the several programs. This role is responsible for collaborating with all teams and leaders within the Change Management & Project Delivery Organization to ensure training, education, and communications occur on time and applicable to the specific role and responsibilities of the trainees. This role supports ensuring that the correct system access to provide to team members in accordance with their business needs and risk policy.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Manage employee access to various applications both in production and testing environment.
  • Ability to create and maintain digital and or non-digital business, technology, product and platform training and educational materials for the department.
  • Ability to execute group and or individual training to new and or existing team members.
  • Leading multiple deliverables and priorities at the same time, including onboarding, education, training, and readiness for Change Management & Project Delivery team members through managing all deliverables, process or project materials, communications, oversight of necessary training and employee readiness needs for change, and technology and non-technology initiatives.
  • Coordinating with the Change Management & Project Delivery Managers, leaders, Business Manager and Business Control Manager to ensure appropriate communications are delivered to the proper audiences in accordance with changes.
  • Supports the creation, consolidation, and distribution of the Organizational changes and communication as applicable.
  • Partnering with Change Management & Project Delivery Managers, leaders, Business Manager and Business Control Manager to assess and prioritize business needs/requirements to maximize impact for training, education, and onboarding of team members.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships and relationships including full coordination with business partners; fully accountable for engaging the appropriate partners to drive the work and deliver against expected outcomes.
  • Developing concise and succinct presentations that will influence dialogue at all levels.
  • Strong facilitation skills, communication with impact, cross-functional business and stakeholder engagement, and ability to influence decisions to achieve desired results.
  • Risk and Audit mindset in the oversight for change management processes.

  • Ensure changes are communicated to all stakeholders through written communication or provided through live presentations (ex. demonstrations and / or business status update meetings).
